How to Get Started
  • To obtain information regarding your accounts or loans, you must enter your Northern National deposit account or loan number and your TeleBanking Personal ID Number "PIN". You may access information only on those accounts for which you are authorized. The last four digits of your social security number is your temporary PIN. You must change this number at once to a new PIN which is easy to remember and known only by you. You may change your PIN at any time through the Account Information option.
  • To get started, call Telebanking at 1-888-222-5676.  Then simply follow these easy steps.
